No Refund Policy

All purchases made on AstroKark are final and non-refundable.

Due to the sacred and spiritual nature of our products, including original Narmadeshwar Shivlings and other devotional items, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences

  • Delay in delivery caused by logistics partners

  • Spiritual expectations or perceived results

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

No Return Policy

AstroKark does not accept returns on any products sold through the website.

Each Shivling is a natural formation and therefore unique in shape, texture, color, and markings. Minor variations are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.

Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances unless the product received is physically damaged during transit.

Damaged Product Exception

If your order arrives physically damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing stackves@gmail.com with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Images of the packaging

  • Order details

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.

After verification, StackVes reserves the sole right to decide whether a replacement will be issued.

No refunds will be provided even in the case of damage — only replacement, if approved.

No Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely dispatch, therefore cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Please ensure all details — including shipping address, contact number, and product selection — are correct before completing your purchase.

Order Refusal Rights

StackVes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Product availability issues

  • Compliance with legal requirements

In such rare cases where StackVes cancels an order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
